Happy New Year from Nall Hills Animal Hospital!
The New Year is here and with it is our renewed commitment to you and your beloved pets. Your veterinarian in Overland Park welcomes you with ‘open paws’ and offers you a family atmosphere of comfort and care. Our animal hospital demonstrates our commitment with an ever-expanding array of up-to-date services ranging from wellness exams to surgery for routine and medical conditions to grooming and boarding. Your dedicated Overland Park veterinarians are focused on keeping your pet healthy, happy and safe.
Keeping your Pet Healthy in 2016
The key to keeping your loyal companion healthy, happy and safe is preventive care which is the purpose of our wellness program. During a wellness exam, each of our veterinarians listens to your observations, concerns, and questions about your pet’s health. We then perform a thorough examination that includes updating your pet with vaccinations, performing fecal analysis and testing for heartworm. A wonderful New Year’s resolution to keep your pet in primo physical condition is to bring in your pet for an annual wellness exam with our vet.
In some circumstances, diagnostic care may be necessary. In this case, we may begin with an x-ray. Our board-certified radiologist, one of the few in Overland Park, performs meticulous analysis of all x-rays. Sometimes these results call for more diagnostics, including blood work. Blood test results help us more accurately diagnose diseases or other metabolic problems. A real advantage of working with us is that we perform most lab testing right at our animal hospital, therefore reducing the time it takes to get results. Depending on your pet’s situation, we are equipped to administer anesthesia for certain procedures.
As we embark upon 2016, we are dedicated to working with you and your pet to achieve the ultimate health and happiness. Contact Nall Hills Animal Hospital today for more information on how to start off the new year right for your pet!
