“We had an appointment for our two dogs … about five weeks into the COVID-19 Crisis. The staff were wonderful in explaining everything ahead of time. We showed up, checked in by phone from the parking lot. A vet tech came and took our doggies separately. Because of the quarantine, they’ve modified their procedures. The vet came out afterwards – it had started raining, and she patiently answered all our questions.
